Macintosh OS X Server's have one small failing, the permissions to access each file are not taken from the share point that they are stored in, but instead are stored for each file in addition to the share points own security controls.
For most Macintosh offices this way of working is far too restrictive, and we are left asking "why doesn't it just work like OS9 did?". Welcome to Permissions Fixer. It makes your OSX server permissions work just like OS9 did.
